WEIGH-IN
Official weigh-in on Friday May 5th, 2023 at 18:00-20:00 at the competition location.
Any requests for remote weigh-in locations should be sent to the competition general director Hanna Luiro by the end of April 28th, 2023.
Remote weigh-ins must be carried out on May 5th, 2023 between 18:00-20:00. The results should be sent immediately afterwards by email to ottelu@ikaalinenopen.fi

InBody measurement
Body composition measurement with the reliable and accurate 770 device.
The measurement results will be reviewed in their entirety and in detail
- Total weight and muscle mass, amount of fat tissue, body fluid balance
– Visceral fat, fat percentage, weight control goal, basal metabolism, body mass index
Why InBody measurement (in Finnish)? Regular monitoring will help you stay aware of your body changes!
The measurement is 25€/person and will only take a few minutes.

HUOLTAMO GYM AS A WARM-UP LOCATION
Valkean Ruusun Areenan reilun sadan metrin päässä sijaitsevan K-marketin tiloissa toimiva Huoltamo Gym tarjoaa tilansa kilpailijoiden lämmittelykäyttöön.
Huoltamo Gym (operates in the premises of K-market) is located just over a hundred meters from Valkean Ruusun Areena, offers its space for competitors to do their warm up!

Parking
Traffic control will be organized for the competition day. Parking is free.
The parking area (P2) can be found at the beginning of road Koulupolku, where the old sports center (Ikaalisten vanha liikuntahalli) is located. The area (P3) is located behind the old sports center and the area (P1) is next to the Arena where the competition is held.
Please note that the marked handicapped parking spaces are located at the main entrance of Valkea Ruusun Areena and on the Vanhan Tampereentie side.
A paid electric charging point can be found in the parking area on the Vanhan Tampereentie side (address: Vanha Tampereentie 28).
